Christopher Stalvey, DO, is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He treats patients at Metro Anesthesia & Pain Management with offices in West Des Moines and Des Moines, Iowa.
Dr. Stalvey graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. He currently serves as the university's adjunct professor.
Dr. Stalvey completed his anesthesiology residency and fellowship in pain medicine at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Stalvey was a sub/co-investigator for multiple research studies during his fellowship.
Before medical school, he received his Bachelor of Science in nursing from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
